The Autodesk Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list. This role involves a collaborative sales and Marketing partnership (ABSM), applying a data-driven methodology to continually test and evaluate campaign success based on business impact. The ABSM Manager collaborates closely across Marketing, sales, and SDR teams for a fully integrated approach, delivering account portfolio research and strategizing 1:1 ABSM campaigns.
Must have:
  • Deliver account portfolio research and analysis to drive ABSM strategies
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven ABSM 1:1 strategies to achieve sales goals aligned to customer imperatives for assigned accounts or clusters
  • Deploy multi-channel ABM 1:1 campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABSM campaigns and tactics
  • Collaborate with ABSM Marketing and sales teams (sales and Marketing interlock) to prioritize key accounts or key account clusters
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Work closely with ABM managers and MOT to leverage high-performance ABSM Marketing tools and integrations
  • Partner closely with inside sales teams to ensure strong Marketing and sales alignment

Position Overview

The Autodesk Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will approach strategy as a collaborative sales and Marketing partnership (ABSM), and will apply a data-driven methodology, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns and programs based on the impact to the business. The ABSM Manager collaborates closely across Marketing, sales, and SDR teams for a fully integrated approach.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with minimum of 5+ years in B2B enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales team
  • Proven track record of successfully originating fresh breakthrough ideas in an account-based marketing capacity to support sales objectives, validating those ideas with key stakeholders and carrying them through to execution
  • Direct customer-facing experience in enterprise, account-based, field marketing or solution sales role
  • Executive engagement and event management experience
  • Solid written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally
  • Experience using salesforce.com
  • Ability to travel. (up to 30% during peak times)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $85,200 and $146,960. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
