Job Description

Haleon is seeking an Enterprise Architecture - Infrastructure professional to globally lead the delivery and operation of Microsoft 365 applications and Windows File Services. The role requires deep expertise in M365, Power Platform, and experience in designing large-scale M365 transformational programs. Responsibilities include leading a global team, designing solutions, implementing Power Platform, shaping technical proposals, and acting as a trusted advisor. Candidates should have 8-14 years of architecture experience with M365 platforms, strong Power Platform skills, and understanding of Microsoft identity and security. This full-time position is based in Bengaluru.
Must have:
  • Globally responsible for delivery and operation of Microsoft 365 applications and Windows File Services.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in M365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record designing complex, large-scale M365 transformational programs.
  • Lead a globally distributed team of specialist domain engineers & partners.
  • Work with customers to understand business and technical requirements for M365 solutions.
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including governance, security, and CoE configurations.
  • Shape M365 technical proposals and support pre-sales and bid teams.
  • Act as resolution owner for technical challenges in M365 projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, translating M365 roadmap insights.
  • Accountable for execution of the operational budget for project delivery.
  • Follow product management best practices with customer & consumer value.
  • 8-14 years of architecture experience designing, implementing, and securing M365 platforms and Windows File Services.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform, including solution architecture, governance, and CoE setup.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, PIM, App Registration).
  • Fluency with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center and related tools.
  • Understanding of networking connectivity including firewalls and DNS.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Effective product mindset to advocate for innovation and drive adoption.
Good to have:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including integration into business workflows.
  • Integrate and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to drive automation, AI-enhanced productivity, and business process transformation
  • Experience with Teams telephony, room booking systems, and third-party integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible globally for the delivery and operation of Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and Windows File Services, optimized for scalability, resilience, capacity & cost.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in M365 applications (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Proven track record of designing complex, large-scale M365 transformational programs, including hybrid configurations, Identity and Access Management, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead a globally distributed team of specialist domain engineers & partners, from a position of technical authority.
  • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design M365 solutions that enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including governance, security, and Center of Excellence (CoE) configurations.
  • Shape M365 technical proposals while making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and support pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment.
  • Act as the resolution owner for technical challenges in M365 projects serving as the technical escalation point for implementation teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, translating centralized M365 roadmap insights into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realization.
  • Be accountable for the execution of the operational budget for project delivery.
  • Follow product management best practices with customer & consumer value at the heart of robust design & implementation decisions, fostering a growth mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

Bangalore Based, unfortunately for this role we dont have the budget for relocation, interested candidates have to relocate by themselves.

  • 8-14 (maximum) years of architecture experience designing, implementing, configuring, testing, migrating, and securing M365 platforms and Windows File Services.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform, including solution architecture, governance, and CoE setup.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, PIM, App Registration).
  • Fluency with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center and related tools.
  • Understanding of networking connectivity including firewalls and DNS.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Effective product mindset with the ability to advocate for innovation and drive adoption across teams.

Good to have skills –

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including integration into business workflows.
  • Integrate and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to drive automation, AI-enhanced productivity, and business process transformation
  • Experience with Teams telephony, room booking systems, and third-party integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrable thought leadership in Modern Workplace services, M365 and power platform.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management and enterprise service delivery models.
  • Experience working in a global environment specially in CPG or manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer environments.
