Job Description

The eRO Counter is responsible for following and maintaining safety and 5S standards, creating and modifying pick-up orders in SAP, counting part numbers, detecting and recording delays, recording discrepancies, and calculating supplier service rates. The role requires adherence to shift schedules and targets, with opportunities to propose improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and motivation. The job involves working in a warehouse environment and requires attention to detail and strong teamwork skills. The employee must be proactive, result-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to continuous learning. The role is part of the Supply Chain CIM Supervisor team.
Must have:
  • 3 years experience in Supply Chain / Logistic
  • Spreadsheet skill (Google Sheet or MS Excel)
  • Ability to communicate with English is mandatory
  • SAP knowledge (material management / MM module)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow, implement and maintain safety & 5S standards consistently to achieve 0 safety issue
  • Responsible to create & modify pick up order to overseas & local supplier following schedule in SAP consistently
  • Responsible to count part number before release pick up order (daily) following the target defined by organization
  • Responsible to detects and records delay of: commitment/promise, advance shipping notification and actual delivery vs scheduled time, and follow up (phone call, email) to related suppliers to comply with the standard time.
  • Record and alert discrepancy found during counting (part mixed, damaged, location errors, etc).
  • Alert in advance incase of overstock or shortage.
  • Responsible to calculate supplier service rate: (Number of Order-Lines delivered/shipped On Time In Full - right quantity, no less, no more and at the right time, not before, not after the slot time agreed divided by Number of Order-Lines Requested).
  • Respect the product, customer, supplier, teammates, superior and organization.
  • Follow the shift, over time schedule and attendance target defined by organization.
  • Follow DLE / cycle time target defined by organization.
  • Propose improvement for safety / quality / cost / delivery / motivation following the target defined by organization.

You have:

  • Minimum high school / vocational school or equal
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistic
  • Spreadsheet skill (Google Sheet or MS Excel)
  • Ability to communicate with English is mandatory
  • SAP knowledge (material management / MM module)
  • Mentally & physically prepared for demanding job in warehouse area
