This role involves managing quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to both customer and Valeo quality standards and cost targets. Key responsibilities include setting and monitoring the Quality Roadmap, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with 'Build In Quality' standards like SPPC, and focusing on design and change management by utilizing tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, and the 4M matrix. The role also supports supplier management activities, validates initial samples, and applies QRQC rules for effective issue resolution.
Must Have:- Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project.
- Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave.
- Ensure respect of build In Quality Standards (SPPC tracking, identification, transfer).
- Ensure novelty on product and process are taken into account in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV.
- Verify LLCs have been used in D/P FMEA to reduce RPN.
- Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes.
- Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts.
- Get the IS validated by the Customer on Time.
- Define Prototype, pre-serial and serial control plans.
- Ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA and control plan.
- Participate to the project QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material / rules.
- Initiate a VIM incident in the case of DV or PV test failures.
