Job Description

Valeo is looking for a working student (m/f/d) for its Bietigheim location. This role involves order processing, preparing prototype offers, creating orders and delivery schedules in SAP, processing customer documents, general sales support, handling customer inquiries, and clarifying invoice and delivery discrepancies. Candidates should be enrolled in business administration or a similar field, have an interest in sales, an affinity for digital tools like SAP and Excel, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and very good German and English.

Must Have:

Order processing with the customer
Preparation of prototype offers
Creation of orders and delivery schedules in SAP
Processing of customer documents
General support for sales activities
Processing customer inquiries
Clarification of invoice and delivery discrepancies
Enrolled in business administration, economics or a similar course of study
Interest in sales topics
Affinity for digital tools and technologies, especially in sales (SAP, Excel, Google, customer-specific platforms)
Analytical mindset and an affinity for dealing with numbers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Structured and independent way of working
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
