Job Summary
Powtoon, a leading SaaS DIY video creation platform with over 40 million users, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive enterprise and mid-market sales. This role involves proactive prospecting, conducting insightful discovery conversations, developing proposals, negotiating deals, and meeting sales quotas. The successful candidate will be a hunter, adept at consultative selling, and passionate about helping professional users improve workplace communication.
Must Have
- Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and markets
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting
- Conduct insightful discovery conversations
- Contact potential clients via email or phone
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and renegotiate deals
- Meet and exceed sales quota
- 5+ years of experience in online software/tech sales
- Substantial experience in B2B outbound Enterprise C-level sales
- Experience working with US enterprise C-level clients
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LeadIQ
- Native English speaker
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience
- Familiarity with the Powtoon visual communication platform

Powtoonʼs Enterprise / Mid market practice is growing, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to help us boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Youʼll join our team at our offices located at H'aarbaa st., south Hagag building, in central Tel-Aviv.
The Account Executive responsibilities include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting—both independently and alongside an SDR
- Conduct insightful discovery conversations that uncover company-wide pain and align Powtoon's value to measurable outcomes
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Meet and exceed quota—because you’re obsessed with it

- Comfortable collaborating with an SDR but equally motivated to self-source leads
- Master of consultative selling, value articulation, and storytelling

- Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams is a big plus

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an online software/tech company- MUST
- Substantial experience in a b2b - outbound- Enterprise- C- level sales - MUST
- Experience working with US enterprise c level clients - MUST

- Track record of achieving sales quotas- MUST
- Experience with CRM software - (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)- MUST
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LeadIQ - MUST
- Native English speaker- Must
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts very helpful
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience highly sought
- Familiarity with the Powtoon visual communication platform a HUGE plus
