Powtoon, a leading SaaS DIY video creation platform with over 50 million users, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its expanding sales team. The role focuses on developing sales and revenue by creating and qualifying a legitimate pipeline, while also fostering future Account Executives. Responsibilities include prospecting, building customer pipelines, managing daily activity, collaborating with sales and marketing, and achieving targets.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team.

The Sales Development Team has 2 Objectives:

1. Develop more sales/revenue for the company by creating and qualifying a legitimate pipeline.

2. Develop high-quality future Account Executives.

The Sales Development Team is growing and we are looking for someone who is looking to begin their hi-tech journey by joining this rocketship of awesomeness!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Prospect potential customers (inbound and outbound), interact with them through phone calls, email and LinkedIn to start the sales process.
  • Develop and build a pipeline of potential customers and nurture the relationship until they convert to qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage a high volume of daily activity
  • Work together with sales and marketing to align with the company's goals.
  • Achieve & exceed targets and goals set.
  • Weekly reviews of new leads added and results

Requirements

  • Native English speaker – MUST
  • 1+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • AI-first mindset – comfortable leveraging AI tools and approaches in your sales process
  • Curious, coachable, and proactive in learning
  • High energy, positive attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Powtoon
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly goals
  • Willingness to work US hours at least 2 days/week
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
