We’re expanding our team to support our B2C SaaS platform, Impact, and launching Powtoon Imagine, a new suite of AI tools. About the Role
- Powtoon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead core marketing initiatives and drive new, creative ways to expand its reach
- This role combines traditional marketing operations with an entrepreneurial focus on high-impact growth initiatives
- This position is for someone who is a hands-on growth manager (incl. Ppc hands-on), loves to execute business or growth ideas end-to-end, and is a natural team player
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Optimise Powtoon’s existing traffic engines (Google, Meta, Linkedin)
- Monitor website analytics and drive ongoing optimization.
- Build an acquisition strategy to supplement Powtoon’s existing traffic engines.
- Use the most cutting edge tools, technologies and best practices.
- Scale and reach new audiences and niches.
- Collaborate with a team of marketing specialists
- Act as an owner, identifying and spearheading new growth opportunities
- Develop and launch innovative marketing and growth strategies that create competitive advantages
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, experimenting with unconventional tactics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record in growing paid acquisition efforts with large budgets at scale
- English - mother tongue level - MUST
- Hands on PPC experience- MUST
- Experience working in a product led company- MUST
- Experience building data-driven marketing funnels and integrated campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Robust data analysis skills and experience with analytics tools, and Ability to drive actionable insights
- Problem-solving abilities with results and detail oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate results to management in a clear executive summary format.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to be agile and work in a fast and dynamic start up environment
