Powtoon is seeking an experienced, English-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on Tel Aviv and London offices and other international locations. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Must Have:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end global recruitment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Experience as an in-house recruiter for a high-tech company.
  • Ability to conduct English phone interviews (a must).
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools like Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet.
  • Mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written English skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, English-speaking Recruiter with a can-do attitude to join our global HR team!

As Powtoon’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our teams globally — with a focus on our Tel Aviv and London offices and other international locations. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and the HR team to attract top talent across various functions, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally across multiple regions and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and communities.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages.
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote Powtoon as a great place to work worldwide.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Experience recruiting as an in -house recruiter for a high tech company.
  • Experience conducting English phone interviews — a MUST.
  • Proven success in attracting and engaging world-class talent.
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet (Workable is an advantage).
  • Experience recruiting international candidates for high-tech or start-up companies.
  • English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English.
  • Experience recruiting international candidates remotely (e.g., UK/US).
