The role involves ensuring line safety, quality, and production pace, performing machine changes and maintenance, and reporting issues. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and basic computer knowledge, demonstrating rigor, autonomy, motivation, and availability. This position operates in 2x8 or 15x15 shifts.

Must Have

• Perform standard safety/quality checks
• Execute series changes on machines
• Respond to and intervene on line micro-stops and level 1 breakdowns
• Carry out machine maintenance/improvement actions
• Ensure line pace and quality
• Control poka-yokes
• Report and analyze EAP problems (Safety, Quality, Production, Environment) and alert (QRAP)
• Achieve and record production indicators (QCDM, KOSU)
• Be the primary contact for the supervisor and team leader
• Respect 5S and safety
• Work in 2x8 or 15x15 shifts
