The Especialista Digital is responsible for promoting and selling all business unit solutions across Publicis Groupe agencies and clients. This role involves meeting business objectives, actively participating in team member selection and development. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with leaders, planners, and media; identifying new business opportunities and developing growth strategies; leading and managing regular campaign and client status meetings; providing performance and optimization insights; and effectively handling operational issues and administrative processes.

Responsable por la evangelización y la venta de todas las soluciones de la unidad de negocio a través de las agencias y clientes de Publicis Groupe. Está relacionado con garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de negocio, además del conocimiento y participación activa en los procesos de selección y crecimiento de su equipo de trabajo.

FUNCIONES:

  • Construir y mantener relaciones cercanas con líderes y planners.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones cercanas con los medios.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocios y desarrollar planes y estrategias que logren el crecimiento de los ingresos.
  • Dirigir y gestionar reuniones periódicas sobre el status de campañas y clientes con las partes internas interesadas, es decir, planners, directores de cuentas, etc.
  • Proporcionar insights y recomendaciones sobre el rendimiento y optimización de campañas para el cliente utilizando los detalles proporcionados por el equipo de operaciones.
  • Manejo destacado de inconvenientes y problemas de la operación.
  • Manejo de los procesos administrativos de la operación.
