ETL Lead Engineer

This role is for an ETL Lead Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in data warehouse designing and Informatica skills with strong problem-solving abilities. The role requires leading a team, guiding them through challenges, and possessing excellent communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences. A thorough understanding of dimensional modeling and a problem-solver attitude are essential. Experience with Snowflake DWH architecture and optimization, Informatica PowerCenter and IICS, and Snowflake Cortex AI is required. Familiarity with the Pharma domain and life science datasets from IQVIA, Komodo, and VEEVA is beneficial. The candidate will build and lead solution charters in data engineering, create first-cut architecture designs, and manage programs effectively, even in ambiguous or unstructured situations.
