We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support senior Engineering Leaders in our Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, supporting key meetings, creating communications, overseeing budget and expenses, fostering team connection through events, and sharing information across teams. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner enabling leaders to operate at their best in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Own the calendar, proactively manage complex schedules and prioritize high-impact meetings.
  • Coordinate seamless travel, handle domestic and international itineraries and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Support key meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, reserve space, and share follow-ups.
  • Create polished presentations and team updates with clarity and purpose.
  • Oversee budget tracking, expense reporting, procurement, and vendor interactions.
  • Plan All Hands, team events, and onboarding to keep our team engaged and thriving.
  • Communicate policies, updates, and best practices across teams with consistency.
  • Partner with other EAs and support executives as needed across the GET org.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support senior Engineering Leaders in our Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization. What You’ll Do

As a trusted partner to GET Engineering Leaders, you'll:

  • Own the calendar. Proactively manage complex schedules and prioritize high-impact meetings.
  • Coordinate seamless travel. Handle domestic and international itineraries and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Support key meetings. Prepare agendas, take notes, reserve space, and share follow-ups.
  • Create communications. Craft polished presentations and team updates with clarity and purpose.
  • Keep things running. Oversee budget tracking, expense reporting, procurement, and vendor interactions.
  • Foster connection. Plan All Hands, team events, and onboarding to keep our team engaged and thriving.
  • Share information. Communicate policies, updates, and best practices across teams with consistency.
  • Be a team player. Partner with other EAs and support executives as needed across the GET org.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in an executive or senior administrative support role, ideally in a global tech environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Airtable, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfort managing competing priorities with flexibility and grace.
  • A collaborative spirit, a high level of discretion, and a drive to anticipate needs before they arise.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll work from our San Francisco office part of the week, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
