Job Description
The Executive - Finance (General Ledger) position requires a candidate with solid accounting concepts and knowledge in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations. The candidate will reconcile GL balances with supporting documents, support business segments during month/quarter end close activities, prepare and post journal entries, assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, identify solutions to non-standard requests, solve moderately complex accounting problems, conduct complex analyses, work with minimal guidance, and manage the GL team. This role is within the Corporate Finance department.
Must Have:
- Solid accounting concepts and knowledge
- Month-end close and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Interpret customer needs and requirements

The position requires candidate to have solid accounting concepts and knowledge in month end close and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Reconcile GL balance with supporting documents. Candidate must support business segments during month/ quarter end close activities, preparing and posting journal entries etc. Candidate should assess and interprets customer need and requirements and identifies solution to non-standard request. Solves moderately complex accounting problems and conduct complex analyses. Works with minimal guidance and manage GL team.
