ROLE SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Oversee the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with product managers to define mobile product vision and align with business and user goals.
• Set the technical direction for mobile initiatives, driving best practices in architecture, coding, and process.
• Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, scalable mobile solutions.
• Mentor engineers, promote professional growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of emerging mobile technologies and integrate new tools and methods where beneficial.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around mobile technology stack and frameworks to enhance performance and capabilities.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in mobile software development.
• Strong technical background in iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and nurture talent.
• Track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications with exceptional UX and performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
