Job Summary

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain large-scale services and job pipelines. Must Have
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale services, job pipelines and systems
- Develop and define the architecture and tech stack
- Work with key stakeholders in Software Engineering and Product
- Solve complex problems with a strong focus on security, performance, and scalability
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- 5+ years commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer
- 5+ years programming experience with Go, C#, C/C++, Python
- Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular
- Experience contributing to architecture and design of new systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis)
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design
- Strong self-starter, operationally-focused, problem-solver
- Working proficiency with written and spoken English
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Knowledge of monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Datadog, Amplitude)

You will
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale services, job pipelines and systems
- Develop and define the architecture and tech stack
- Work with key stakeholders in Software Engineering and Product to understand needs in the product Development
- Solve complex problems with a strong focus on security, performance, and scalability
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programming language (Go, C#, C/C++, Python)
- Experience with one or more modern JavaScript front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular.
- Experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems (including designing and implementing APIs)
- Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis)
- Strong Computer Science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design.
- A strong self-starter, operationally-focused; a problem-solver
- Working proficiency with written and spoken English
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude Code)
Nice to have:
