The Executive, Parcel Recovery is responsible for addressing and resolving problematic delivery issues on a daily basis across all communication channels. This role involves conducting thorough investigations into problematic parcels and delivery issues within specified timeframes, verifying all submitted claims from claimants, and preparing weekly reports on related delivery issues. The successful candidate will ensure full adherence to Recovery's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), keep relevant stakeholders informed about issues affecting orders, and maintain data accuracy in the recovery system. Additionally, they will assist the Manager/Head with ad hoc projects and analysis as needed. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, and while 2 years of experience in courier services is an advantage, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role demands a meticulous, process-oriented individual with good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, comfortable with a hands-on approach in a warehouse-based environment. Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications, along with the ability to quickly learn new concepts in a fast-paced setting, are essential. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must, along with high integrity and responsibility.
