Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Executive Tele Caller to join their Learning & Economic Insights Group. The role involves outcalling delegates for lead generation and follow-up calls, acquiring guests for upcoming events/webinars, and connecting with relevant delegates via LinkedIn. The position also supports corporate awards, events, and webinars, and requires data management, MIS reporting, and proficiency in MS Office for tracking and reporting data. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in tele calling, be proficient in handling outbound calls and lead generation, be a graduate, and fluent in English and Hindi with good Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
- To outcall delegates for lead generation & follow up calls.
- Acquiring required guests from the database for upcoming events/webinars.
- Connecting with relevant delegates via LinkedIn.
- Helping team for the success of corporate awards, events and webinars.
- Data Management & searching and MIS reporting.
- Should be MS Office proficient for tracking and reporting data.
Key Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in tele calling.
- Handling outbound calls, lead generation.
- Graduate should be minimum criteria.
- Fluent in English/Hindi.
- Good excel hygiene.
