As a Strategic Sales professional, you will drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, and new business development. You’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and apply technology to solve customer challenges. You’ll also serve as a tech-lead, helping clients leverage solutions to meet their business goals.

Must Have:
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive renewals, win-backs, and expansion through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Generate new business within targeted industry verticals and prospect accounts
  • Lead account planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure strategic alignment
  • Own end-to-end negotiation and contracting processes, navigating complex deals
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC)
  • 5+ years in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and exceeding quotas
  • Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Skilled in CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and German language is a must
  • Ability to work at least 3 days per week in the office (One Tower Frankfurt)

  • Generate new business within targeted industry verticals and prospect accounts.
  • Lead account planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure strategic alignment across teams.
  • Own end-to-end negotiation and contracting processes, navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
  • Partner with Client Success to improve retention through business reviews and win-back campaigns.
  • Stay current on market trends and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and exceeding quotas
