Job Description

The ELT Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial plan within their assigned zone, covering private and official schools at preschool, primary, and secondary levels. This role involves providing attention and follow-up to existing user schools and prospects, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. Key responsibilities include client visits, sales opportunity analysis, strategic planning, and applying the company's sales model to engage with decision-makers.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute client visit plans for assigned zone (private and official schools).
  • Analyze sales opportunities and create strategies to cover them.
  • Understand and apply the company's sales model, engaging with decision-makers.
  • Perform daily and weekly planning and update information in the NEXUS tool.
  • Capture adoption data (company and competition) in NEXUS.
  • Conduct sample inventory and report results to supervision.
  • Manage fixed funds and submit expense reports, along with car logbook.
  • Analyze zone growth potential and project sales based on adoptions.
  • Identify key schools for personalized strategic plans.
  • Analyze company vs. competition results and present seasonal reports.
  • Provide attention, presentations, and training to booksellers and distributors.
  • Possess a technical degree, or an unfinished/finished bachelor's degree.
  • Basic-intermediate English proficiency (A2/B1).
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales and face-to-face sales.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive a standard car.
  • Reside in León, Gto.
  • Proficiency in Office applications.
  • Strong planning, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage processes and constantly evaluate results.
  • Availability to travel within the state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Objective

Responsible for developing and fulfilling the company's commercial plan within their assigned zone (private schools and official schools) at preschool, primary, and secondary levels, providing attention and follow-up to user schools, as well as prospects, in addition to meeting the sales objectives set by the company.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform and execute the client visit plan (schools) corresponding to the assigned zone, analyze sales opportunities in each institution, and develop a strategy to cover those opportunities.
  • Responsible for knowing the company's objectives and commercial plan and fulfilling each of its phases (update, prospecting, sampling, and closing) in the assigned zone.
  • Know and apply the company's Sales Model and apply it in working with each institution, managing to interview decision-makers in their market.
  • Perform daily and weekly planning in the NEXUS tool, verify and update information at all times in both the NEXUS tool and their Registration Sheets, daily capture the information collected during their visit with clients, capture adoptions from both the competition and the company in NEXUS (closing and update phase) based on the collected lists.
  • Perform sample inventory and deliver the result to Sales Supervision and Management.
  • Properly manage their fixed fund and submit expense reports on the days indicated by Sales Management, prepare and deliver car logbook to the Regional Sales Assistant.
  • Analyze the growth potential of their zone (horizontal/vertical), make sales projections taking into account adoptions to maintain, as well as new ones, identify key schools in their zone to work on a personalized strategic plan, analyze company vs. competition results (qualitative/quantitative), present seasonal results by business line when required.
  • Attention to Booksellers and Distributors including presentation and training on new projects.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Essential / Exclusive:

  • Technical degree, unfinished or finished bachelor's degree.
  • English: basic-intermediate A2/B1.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales and face-to-face sales.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a standard car.
  • Reside in León, Gto.
  • Office proficiency.
  • Planning and time management.

  • Process management.
  • Constant evaluation of results.
  • Availability to travel within the state.
