This is what defines the position:
- Development and implementation of new sales strategies for targeted customer approach and successful new customer acquisition
- Independent planning and control of high-profile sales projects for market expansion
- Collaboration with the sales team to design and implement programs for pipeline generation and faster deal closing
- Close cooperation with internal subject matter experts to convey our tailored solution offering to potential customers
- Execution of targeted sales campaigns and active participation in shaping proven sales strategies
- Maintenance of a precise and up-to-date pipeline as well as forecast and customer data management
This is what defines you:
- You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study and/or training
- Several years of sales experience in SaaS/cloud-based ERP, HCM, finance, planning or analysis solutions, especially in implementation and maintenance
- Successful sales closures with C-level decision-makers
- Strong acquisition skills and talent in independent lead generation as well as in the strategic development of an efficient sales pipeline
- Proven success in dynamic sales environments, especially in dealing with short sales cycles and independent market approach
- In-depth industry knowledge, combined with a strong understanding of current market trends, competitive landscapes and changing customer needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex solutions clearly and convincingly – both verbally and in writing
- Results-oriented way of working with high self-motivation and the will to exceed ambitious sales targets
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
