Responsibilities
- Leverage hunting skills to uncover new M&A opportunities, use-cases, with existing and new clients to increase Intralinks footprint
- Cold calling and prospect into new business groups, both external and from Intralinks counterparts
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers, as well as assess trends and changes within the relevant industry.
- Strategically construct annual partnership plans with the goal of demonstrating additional value to our customer base
- Regularly communicate creative avenues of client relationship growth, both with your team members and client
In parallel:
- Develop, Build and Maintain Existing Relationships with Key Clients.
- Manage key contact relationships while leading contract negotiations
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Intralinks brand
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, and support Renewals Specialists’ efforts
- Deal Strategy Hub – Leverage Pricing Team, Deal Desk, etc. for structural optimization
- Legal, Billing, Sales Ops, etc. – Navigate the Intralinks ecosystem to efficiently move negotiations across the finish line
- Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics
- Identify areas where the team is excelling and areas where they need to improve.
- Leverage available data to make strategic time investments and impactful contributions to the business
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Accurately manage, forecast and communicate pipeline
- Transparently share risks, upsell opportunities, status updates, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels, especially C-level
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience working with C-level
- Track record for consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and driven
