Experience Designer (UX, Design Systems)

Onward Search is hiring an Experience Designer (UX, Design Systems) for our top healthcare client. The ideal candidate has expert level experience with Enterprise Level, Large Scale Projects aligned to the Design System Space. This role will require creative problem-solving and curiosity, comfort navigating ambiguity, proactive collaboration, good communication skills, and exceptional design skills. Candidate should feel comfortable working independently and take initiative to plan their work against a defined goal.

This is a fully remote W2 contract to work EST hours. 

Responsibilities:

• Experience working on internal systems
• Proven experience implementing enterprise design systems
• Has proven experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts to in-market experiences
• Has min 3 years of experience leading design collaboration sessions with a range of stakeholders

Requirements:

• Online Portfolio of Enterprise Level or Internal work with demonstrated documentation of those experiences.
• Experience working in a large-scale digital product environment
• Experience delivering digital products for complex businesses
• Experience working within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) method
• Familiarity with development tools and processes (e.g., XCode) a plus
• Expert in  Figma
• Bachelors Degree
