To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting a Product Development Manager.
You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our products and services, as well as in the continuous improvement of our commercial offerings.
Main missions:
1. Product and service development:
- Design new services for national and international markets.
- Develop business cases and map processes.
- Coordinate inter-team relations (Operations, Network, Sales, Marketing).
- Develop service launch plans.
2. Product management:
- Assume the role of Product Owner for commercial products.
- Approve and provide opinions on changes in operational processes.
- Update and develop commercial offers.
3. Strategic collaboration:
- Work with the Pricing team to evaluate pricing policies and propose increases and evaluations for new solutions.
- Participate in project management in the implementation of new products and strategic projects as a product expert.
- Collaborate with product managers in other markets to exchange knowledge and create global solutions.
4. Customer expertise:
- Participate in meetings with clients, lead webinars, training, and other discussion panels.
5. Technological and commercial coordination:
- Collaborate with the Tech team on business requirements and roadmaps.
- Coordinate tests and sales campaigns.
- Analyze the market and competition, organize field research and tests.
6. Document management and communication:
- Ensure changes in terms and conditions from a commercial perspective.
- Coordinate changes in documentation (contracts, offers, price lists).
- Implement knowledge bases, training, and onboarding in the commercial field.
- Ensure internal communication within the Sales environment.
- Significant experience in product and service development, ideally in the logistics or technology sector.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English
