Job Description
Restream is on a mission to craft top-quality tools for video content creators. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of Restream’s products. You’ll work in a small team, building high-quality features from idea to production. This role involves guiding product direction, defining requirements, finding elegant solutions, exploring and designing product ideas visually, gathering insights from creators, setting metrics, tracking performance, and collaborating with various teams for effective product launches. Candidates should have 5+ years of product management or design experience in SaaS and a proven track record in scaling global consumer products.
Good To Have:
- Experience with live video, streaming, or podcasting is a plus
Must Have:
- Guide product direction, define requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Find simple, elegant solutions to complex product problems
- Explore and design product ideas visually — from concept to prototype
- Get insights from creators and businesses to understand needs, validate ideas, and iterate based on feedback
- Set metrics, track performance, and use data to make better decisions
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build the product well, and with support, marketing, and sales to launch product updates effectively
- 5+ years of product management or product design experience in a SaaS company
- Proven track record in building, releasing, and scaling global consumer products
