Job Summary

This role is for an Expert Team Coordinator at a top-tier investment bank. The coordinator will manage requirements and scope, build project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate various teams including EUC, security, networking, procurement, and vendors. Key responsibilities also include overseeing deployments, managing the full device lifecycle, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and risk tracking. The role offers exposure to high-level financial instruments and opportunities for career development.

Must Have

  • Gather requirements, define clear scope (devices, software, policies), manage scope changes
  • Build the project plan, timelines, budget, and coordinate teams: EUC, security, networking, procurement, and vendors
  • Oversee deployments (laptop rollout, VDI, patching, OS upgrades) and manage full device lifecycle activities
  • Keep business stakeholders aligned, provide status updates, highlight risks, issues, and decisions needed
  • Track risks (security, downtime), ensure compliance (policies, GDPR), validate deliverables, and maintain quality
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users and telephony technologies, including Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
