Organizational Developer / Change Lead - ERP Implementation (all genders)

tonies is a global leader in interactive audio platforms for children, known for its Toniebox system, with over 10 million Tonieboxes sold. The company is undergoing a pivotal transformation to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We are seeking a strategic Change Lead to drive this organizational evolution, ensuring new ways of working are integrated and adopted sustainably. This role is crucial for linking technical ERP implementation with our organizational ecosystem, embedded within the People & Culture department.

Must Have

• Own and continuously evolve the change strategy for SAP as a holistic organizational transformation.
• Design a multi-level transformation story and establish robust feedback loops.
• Partner with leadership teams to equip them as effective change agents.
• Act as an internal facilitator for project team development measures.
• Collaborate with People Partners to provide empathetic transition support.
• Lead and quality-assure the work of external implementation partners.
• Hold a master’s degree in a human-centric field (psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior).
• Proven track record in systemic organizational development and large-scale IT projects / digital transformations.
• Possess the ability to recognize patterns and ripple effects within an organizational system.
• Thrive in complex environments, influencing outcomes through networking, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Actively design, coordinate, and deliver change initiatives.
• Take full accountability for your area and act with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in aligning change milestones with technical project plans, following waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Be fluent in English and German.
• Be comfortable with occasional cross-time-zone meetings.

We are at the threshold of a pivotal, company-wide transformation: transitioning from a decentralized ERP landscape to a harmonized operating model powered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud. To navigate this journey, we are seeking a strategic Change Lead to serve as the systemic catalyst for our organizational evolution.

In this role, you won't just 'do' change management; you will be the vital link between the technical ERP implementation and our organizational ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure that new ways of working are deeply integrated and sustainably adopted to drive long-term company performance.

Organizationally, you will be a core member of the ERP Project Team while remaining fully embedded within our People & Culture department.

##### Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Own the Systemic Strategy: Own and continuously evolve our change strategy that treats SAP as a holistic organizational transformation, informed by deep analyses of our culture and informal dynamics.
• Architect the Narrative: Collaborating with Internal Communications, design a multi-level transformation story and establish robust feedback loops to ensure real-time insights from the "edges" of our organization reach the project core.
• Empower our Leaders: In close alignment with company-wide development efforts, partner with our leadership teams to ensure they are equipped to act as effective change agents and multipliers for their teams.
• Project Team Development: Act as an internal facilitator for project team development measures, maintaining trust and performance under complexity.
• Navigate Role Evolutions: Collaborate with People Partners to provide empathetic transition support as roles and professional identities shift.
• Steer our external partners: Lead and quality-assure the work of external implementation partner to ensure their change-related deliverables are truly "fit for purpose" for tonies.

##### What we are looking for:

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree in a human-centric field, such as psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior. Ideally you furthermore hold a qualification in Systemic Coaching or Organizational Development.
• Professional experience: You have a proven track record in systemic organizational development and deeply understand the human impact of large-scale IT projects / digital transformations.
• System thinker and complexity navigator: You possess the ability to recognize patterns and ripple effects within an organizational system. Additionally, you thrive in complex environments, influencing outcomes through exceptional networking, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Hands-on delivery: You’re not only a strategist - you actively design, coordinate, and deliver change initiatives.
• Ownership: You take full accountability for your area and act with a solution-oriented  mindset. You ensure leaders and employees receive the support they need -  proactively, reliably, and with care.
• Project Management: You are proficient in aligning change milestones with technical project plans, following a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Language and communication: You are fluent in English and German. You communicate clearly and adapt your style to diverse audiences and contexts.
• Flexibility for Global Collaboration: You thrive in an international setup and are comfortable with occasional cross-time-zone meetings.
