The company is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Testing Platform to lead a team in developing and maintaining robust testing solutions. This role involves inspiring and growing the engineering team, driving technical execution, championing lean principles, and managing the testing infrastructure to ensure flawless product quality and customer experience.

• Build and maintain our multi-domain, cross-functional testing platform, providing a flexible and reliable framework.
• Develop an extendable platform that enables seamless end-to-end testing for all customer-facing product features.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our testing infrastructure, including cloud mockups, simulators, and physical test setups.
• Enable other teams to maximize their automated system test coverage through easy-to-use tools and guidance.
• Have been a passionate test engineer for many years and are excited to continue growing your skills and those of your team.
• Experienced in guiding teams through change and feel comfortable anchoring technical decisions within a strategic business context.
• Have a solid understanding of modern software development practices and can anticipate testing challenges.
• Highly proficient in Python, Robot Framework, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Write code that is lean, well-structured, and maintainable, solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
• Linux is your preferred environment, and working with Git and GitLab is part of your daily routine.
• Your approach is characterized by agility, teamwork, and creativity.
• Comfortable communicating in both English and German in a professional work environment.
• Can imagine supporting your team on-site in Düsseldorf at least 2 times per week.
