Our team works in healthcare, focusing on software verification and validation for the Philips Tasy EMR system, one of Latin America's most complete hospital solutions. Our purpose is to ensure patient quality and safety through robust and reliable software testing. You will be part of an agile team, ensuring the quality and reliability of systems used in health management, contributing to Tasy EMR meeting defined requirements. You will work alongside developers, product owners, and other test analysts, focusing on functional software testing, including development, review, automation, and execution of test cases, and evidence collection for regulatory compliance. You will have space to grow professionally, learning advanced test automation frameworks like Playwright, agile methodologies, and health system validation.
Must Have
- Basic or academic experience in software testing and automation
- Experience with testing tools like Playwright, Selenium or similar
- Knowledge in programming logic and algorithms
- Basic knowledge in databases and SQL queries
- Proactive communication and good collaboration in conducting testing activities
- Interest in learning automation with Playwright
- Basic English (reading and writing)
- Higher education in progress or completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related areas
Good to Have
- Previous experience with healthcare systems or with Tasy EMR
- Previous experience with Playwright, Selenium or similar tool

Job Description
Our team works in the healthcare area, focusing on software verification and validation for the Philips Tasy EMR system — one of the most complete hospital solutions in Latin America. Our purpose is to ensure patient quality and safety through robust and reliable software tests.
Your Role
- You will be part of a team that ensures the quality and reliability of systems used directly in health management, contributing to the *Tasy EMR* meeting the defined requirements.
- You will integrate an agile team in the SAFe model, working side by side with developers, product owners, and other test analysts. The focus is on functional software testing, including the development, review, automation, and execution of test cases, in addition to collecting evidence to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Here, you will have space to evolve professionally, learning about advanced test automation frameworks such as Playwright, agile methodologies, and validation of health-oriented systems. We offer a collaborative environment, continuous learning, and career encouragement.
This opportunity is available in a hybrid model at the Blumenau-SC office
You are the right person for this position if you have:
• Basic or academic experience in software testing and automation;
