Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the care and upkeep of the Boynton Beach Campus, assisting with maintenance, events, administration, housekeeping, and grounds teams. This role reports to the Boynton Beach Facilities Manager and collaborates with Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers. Key responsibilities include maintaining buildings and grounds, supporting campus events, and enforcing Christ Fellowship policies and OSHA regulations. The coordinator will also assist in emergency responses and lead volunteer teams. The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for maintenance tasks.

Must have:

Familiarity with work order systems and mobile applications
Knowledge of maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Ability to operate vehicles, tools and equipment safely
High School Diploma
Valid Florida Driver's License

JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the care and upkeep of the Boynton Beach Campus and assists in maintenance, events, administration, housekeeping porters and grounds teams. This position reports directly to the Boynton Beach Facilities Manager. This role works with various Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers. The Facilities Coordinator acts as the hands-on representative of the Campus Facilities team while supporting the ministries to provide exceptional and well prepared environments on campus.

JOB DUTIES:

Familiar with work order systems and mobile applications.
Proven team motivator, mentor and willing to help in all areas of the team with a positive attitude
Have a working knowledge of all phases of maintenance including electrical, irrigation, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting
Safely operate vehicles, tools and equipment
Periodically inspect and be aware of conditions of buildings
Maintain the building and grounds with custodial support as well as minor repairs and general maintenance.
Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc.
Logistically supporting many aspects of campus events (i.e. Crew Hangs, Easter/Christmas, Missions Project)
Special projects as assigned by Campus Pastor and Core Director of Facilities
Support and enforce all Christ Fellowship policies, OSHA regulations
Assist in response to all emergencies and alarm calls
Commit to a life that reflects the Christ Fellowship Core Values
Lead and develop volunteer teams to help meet the high demand of ministry needs at Christ Fellowship
Able to stand, sit, reach and lift up to 50 lbs., and able to work outdoors to complete some maintenance tasks
