eBay is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Regional Facilities Operations Manager to supervise offices across the US East region! This role, based in either the New York or Austin office with frequent regional travel, is an integral part of the Global Site & Security Resources team within Enterprise Management Resources. Reporting to the Head of Global Facilities Operations, the Regional Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services and driving operational excellence across multiple office sites. The role entails coordinating teams, supervising vendors, and encouraging collaboration with internal collaborators and external partners.
What You Will Accomplish
- Supervise day-to-day facilities operations, including both hard and soft services (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, events, catering, etc.).
- Manage small- to medium-scale facilities projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Foster a proactive service culture, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of workplace maintenance and service issues.
- Regularly visit regional offices to audit performance and ensure consistency in service quality.
- Develop, manage, and report on both expense and capital budgets, in close collaboration with Finance.
- Serve as a key contact for various collaborators such as Security, HR, IT, Procurement, Real Estate, Space Planning, Building & Construction, EH&S, Legal, and Brand teams.
- Partner with business unit leaders and third-party vendors to ensure efficient and safe workplace operations.
- Identify and lead efforts to improve service delivery, decrease costs, and optimize operational performance.
- Develop and implement standardized facilities management practices and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across all regional locations.
What You Will Bring
- BA/BS degree preferred in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a technology company setting.
- 5+ years of people management experience (direct or indirect), with demonstrated leadership in dynamic office environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional office sites.
- Professional certifications preferred: CFM, FMA, RPA, LEED, PMP.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a dedication to supporting others.
- Proven track record to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse functional groups.
- Demonstrated competence in developing and coordinating facilities budgets with financial experience.
- Demonstrated success managing teams across multiple locations.
- Trusted and persuasive communicator who can build strong relationships with senior leaders, team members, and external vendors.
- Experience coordinating facilities in dynamic environments with rapid pace.
- Forward-thinking and dedicated with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency.
- Skilled in vendor management with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction.

The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below:
$130,800 - $174,600
The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below:
$94,400 - $162,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
