- Basic knowledge of SQL

- In depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports, and the ability to continually identify and manage complex situations
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints
- Ability to work flexible days and hours aligned with sports schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Manage and execute pricing of player salaries
- Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform selections of contests available to players
- Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries
- Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets

The Crown Is Yours
As a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role on our Lobby Live Operations Team and leverage sports statistics and research to manage player pools and pricing. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies, ensuring that contests are accurately posted and executed. In this role, you will monitor contest entries, repost as necessary to drive participation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
