What You Will Accomplish:

• Drive innovation and category growth by leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across departments.

• Spearhead marketing campaigns and buyer activation strategies, ensuring an outstanding buying experience alongside the Site Merchandising team.

• Develop strategic goals aligned with department objectives, communicating progress to partners, including Account Managers.

• Analyze buyer experience data in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team to implement actionable improvements.

• Optimize conversion through coordinated incentive calendars and partnerships with Marketing, and Global Seller Development.

• Establish and execute a buyer loyalty strategy to cultivate and maintain strong top-buyer relationships.

• Utilize sales data and customer feedback to assess performance and develop a clear demand plan.

• Lead segment-specific initiatives focused on expanding and innovating within the category.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in strategic initiatives, driving growth and fostering innovation.

• Expertise in marketing strategy and consumer insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams, including marketing, account management, finance, customer service, and legal.

• Analytical proficiency to assess performance metrics and build actionable strategies for demand planning.

• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and align buyer initiatives with broader business goals.

• Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques and buyer loyalty management strategies to enhance customer relationships.
