What You Will Accomplish:
Drive innovation and category growth by leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across departments.
Spearhead marketing campaigns and buyer activation strategies, ensuring an outstanding buying experience alongside the Site Merchandising team.
Develop strategic goals aligned with department objectives, communicating progress to partners, including Account Managers.
Analyze buyer experience data in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team to implement actionable improvements.
Optimize conversion through coordinated incentive calendars and partnerships with Marketing, and Global Seller Development.
Establish and execute a buyer loyalty strategy to cultivate and maintain strong top-buyer relationships.
Utilize sales data and customer feedback to assess performance and develop a clear demand plan.
Lead segment-specific initiatives focused on expanding and innovating within the category.
What You Will Bring:
Proven leadership experience in strategic initiatives, driving growth and fostering innovation.
Expertise in marketing strategy and consumer insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams, including marketing, account management, finance, customer service, and legal.
Analytical proficiency to assess performance metrics and build actionable strategies for demand planning.
Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and align buyer initiatives with broader business goals.
Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques and buyer loyalty management strategies to enhance customer relationships.
