As the Employee Relations Leader for EMEA, you’ll guide a dedicated team of ER professionals based in Ireland, shaping how we support and empower our people across Ireland, the UK, France, Italy, and Luxembourg. This role plays a crucial part in nurturing a fair, inclusive, and purposeful culture—one where everyone can excel and feel a sense of belonging. You’ll partner with leaders across the region to ensure our employee relations approach is consistent, transparent, and aligned with eBay’s purpose. Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid way of working (3 days in our Dublin office and 2 days remote).
