The Field Operations Manager – EMEA Sales is a crucial role to support CyberArk's growth in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations (EMEA), this position will focus on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic support for the sales team. Responsibilities include analyzing sales metrics, collaborating with GTM leadership on coverage models, supporting forecasting and performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to implement new processes. The role also involves assisting with strategic growth initiatives and projects, preparing and presenting analyses related to go-to-market effectiveness.

Job Description

The Field Operations Manager – EMEA Sales is a critical role to support our next phase of growth in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations (EMEA), this position will focus on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic support for the sales team. You also will take a holistic lens across the full route-to-market encompassing Channel, SDR and Indirect sales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales analytics, including using Salesforce and Tableau to enhance their own efficiency. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Leverage reporting and analytics on key metrics such as pipeline, sales productivity, sales velocity, etc. to identify insights, implications, and actions to optimize performance. Tools used include Tableau, Salesforce and Clari. 
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership and global Field Operations to design GTM coverage models and territory planning. 
  • Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Support the development of accurate sales forecasts through data modelling and trend analysis. Work with Enablement to effectively communicate and train on any change management.  
  • Support the operating rhythm including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews and business reviews. 
  • Work cross-functionally to design and implement new processes related to account segmentation, data management, productivity enhancements, etc.  
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and projects globally and in the EMEA region. 
  • Partner with other functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and various other teams at to assist in addressing issues, building plans, and delivering programs. 
  • Prepare and present analyses as it relates to go-to-market effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Strategy and planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Analytics) in high-growth B2B technology environment 
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact 
  • Familiar with, or demonstrated ability to learn, Business Intelligence & Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein) and Sales/Marketing technology such as SFDC, Clari & People.AI 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization 
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within a matrixed structure  
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment 
  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization 
  • Ability to travel as required
