Job Description

Ninja Xpress, a leading last-mile delivery service in Indonesia, seeks a Field Sales Executive in Madiun. Responsibilities include prospecting and growing clients in the social commerce market through cold calling, arranging sales meetings, and tracking prospects. The role involves identifying service improvements, managing key client accounts, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The executive will also research new opportunities, manage day-to-day relationships, collaborate with management for market assessment, and prepare reports. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition, preferably in the logistic/last-mile industry, is required. Key skills include critical thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, customer acquisition and management, logistic solution sales, Ms. Office proficiency, and service orientation.
Must have:

Responsibilities

    • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
    • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
    • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
    • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
    • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
    • Managing key clients accounts
    • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
    • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
    • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
    • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

    • Located in Madiun
    • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably  experience logistic/last mile industry
    • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude 
    • Able to handle rejection and pressure
    • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
