Job Description

As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for researching and checking documents requested or sent to the company; processing the documentation, cleaning, organizing, registering incoming and outgoing boxes according to established procedures. You will also be responsible for customer service by phone in some departments. Key responsibilities include controlling the entry and exit of documents through requests received, registering and searching for document data in a specific system or spreadsheets sent by the client, checking and searching physical documents, images or copies of clients, according to the requests received, and forwarding requested documents to the route area so that they can be delivered to the location of the request, as well as the return of the received documents.

Estamos buscando um profissional responsável por pesquisar e conferir os documentos solicitados ou enviados para a empresa; Tratar a documentação, higienizar, organizar, realizar cadastro das caixas de entrada e saída conforme procedimentos estabelecidos Além de fazer o atendimento aos clientes por telefone em alguns departamentos.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS

• Controlar a entrada e saída de documentos através das solicitações recebidas.
• Cadastrar e pesquisar dados de documentos em sistema específico ou planilhas enviadas pelo cliente.

• Conferir e pesquisar documentos físicos, imagem ou por cópia dos clientes, conforme as solicitações recebidas.
• Encaminhar documentos solicitados para a área de roteiro, para que o mesmo seja entregue ao local da solicitação, assim também como a devolução dos documentos recepcionados.

QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS

• Ensino Médio completo.

• Atenção concentrada, agilidade, proatividade, organização e trabalho em equipe.
