Job Summary
This role is primarily responsible for performing document preparation and scanning tasks within DMS Imaging Centers. The Imaging Operations Specialist II will sort and prepare hard copy records for scanning, convert them into quality electronic images, and ensure adherence to production procedures and documentation. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently to meet conversion objectives.
Must Have
- Perform document preparation and scanning tasks
- Sort and/or prepare hard copy records for scanning
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image
- Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation & tracking
- Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check successfully

What We Offer:
Location: Mesa
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm OR 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks. These tasks are performed within all DMS Imaging Centers. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.
- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images. Assuring a quality image
- Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
- Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment
- Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Identified candidate will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check successfully prior to start
