Closing deals is quite a challenge, especially when a transaction marks the beginning of a fundamental change process such as integration or separation of a part of a company. To make a transaction successful, clear strategic and financial goals, achievable deadlines and plans, and insight into the effects for internal and external stakeholders are crucial. We are seeking a driven (Senior) Associate Finance in Deals.
The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team is part of our Deals practice. We help (private equity) companies to determine, quantify, and optimize transaction value faster, with more insight and confidence.
