Job Description
Hike is building the Hike Gaming Nation and is looking for a Finance Intern. The role involves supporting accounting activities, month-end closing procedures, and preparing assessment-related documentation. Responsibilities include managing foreign payments, cross-border payouts, 15CA/CB filings, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The intern will also be responsible for preparing GST and TDS returns, reconciling GST input credits, and vendor management. Additionally, they will execute routine finance tasks like invoice and vendor master maintenance, PO tracking, and issuing purchase orders. A key aspect of the role is utilizing AI to automate, analyze, and optimize daily finance workflows.
Must have:
- B.COM / MBA / CA (Inter passout)
- Grounding in accounting and statutory compliance
- Experience in GST computation, payments, and filings
- Experience in TDS deduction, deposit, and returns
- Handling overseas vendor payments and Form 15CB/15CA filings
- Self-driven and works well in lean teams
- Comfortable owning day-to-day details
- Ability to spot opportunities for improvement
Good to have:
- Familiarity with AI-based finance tools

Skills & experience we're looking for 👨💻
- B.COM / MBA / CA (Inter passout) with good grounding in accounting, statutory compliance, and finance routine ops in a fast-moving product/tech setup I Top Talent in Every Role
- Direct & Indirect Tax (GST) - experience in managing computation, payments, reconciliations, return filings, notices documentation.I Top Talent in Every Role
- TDS & Foreign Payments -TDS deduction, deposit, returns, certificates, plus handling overseas vendor payments, Form 15CB/15CA filings | Move Fast
- Familiarity with AI-based finance tools good to have for automating reconciliations, tax workflows, reporting I Move Fast

You will 📲
- Operations→Support with accounting activities and month-end closing procedures.
- Operations→ Assistance in the preparation of assessment-related documentation.
- Operations→ Manage foreign payments - cross-border payouts, 15CA/CB filings, regulatory compliance.
- Operations→ Preparation of GST and TDS returns. Reconciliation of GST input credits.
- Operations→ Vendor management, including onboarding and processing vendor payments.
- Operations→ Execution of routine finance tasks such as invoice tracker maintenance, vendor master creation, PO tracker maintenance, and issuance of purchase orders etc...
- Analytics→ Use AI wherever possible to automate, analyse, and optimise daily finance workflows.
