Job Summary
Nasdaq is seeking a Finance and Payroll Specialist in Vilnius to support EMEA payroll functions. This role involves verifying attendance, managing payroll changes, analyzing financial reports, responding to auditors, participating in month-end closing, managing vendor relations, and contributing to projects. The specialist will be part of the Payroll Team and play a key role in various initiatives.
Must Have
- Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, control employee information, monthly payroll changes.
- Analyze and create financial reports.
- Respond to internal/external auditors' requests.
- Participate in month-end closing activities.
- Manage relations with payroll vendors.
- Participate in projects.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.

This role is to support payroll functions in EMEA region. You will be part of Payroll Team and will be responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting the global payroll and accounting organization, play a key role in various initiatives.

What we expect:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant work experience, preferable with knowledge of any country in EMEA.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.

What happens now?

Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.
Monthly base salary 2100 – 3000 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

Our Vilnius office is in the modern K29 business center, easily accessed via bus, but we also offer bike storage.
