Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a Finance and Payroll Specialist in Vilnius to support EMEA payroll functions. This role involves verifying attendance, managing payroll changes, analyzing financial reports, responding to auditors, participating in month-end closing, and managing vendor relations. The specialist will also contribute to various projects within the global payroll and accounting organization.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of any country in EMEA payroll.

Must Have:

Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, control employee information, monthly payroll changes.
Analyze and create financial reports.
Respond to internal/external auditors' requests.
Participate in month-end closing activities.
Manage relations with payroll vendors.
Participate in projects.
University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Proficiency in English.
