Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a Finance and Payroll Specialist in Vilnius to support EMEA payroll functions. This role involves verifying attendance, managing payroll changes, analyzing financial reports, responding to auditors, participating in month-end closing, and managing vendor relations. The specialist will also contribute to various projects within the global payroll and accounting organization.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of any country in EMEA payroll.
Must Have:
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, control employee information, monthly payroll changes.
  • Analyze and create financial reports.
  • Respond to internal/external auditors' requests.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities.
  • Manage relations with payroll vendors.
  • Participate in projects.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.
