Job Summary
Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and Apttus, specifically the X-Author for Word plugin and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. This role involves optimizing and managing Apttus Conga CLM within Salesforce CRM, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and configuring CLM workflows, templates, and metadata. The analyst will also lead the creation of clause libraries, conduct testing, provide training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to successful solution delivery and business value.
Must Have
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Conga CLM requirements.
- Design, configure, and optimize Conga CLM workflows and templates.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for CLM.
- Lead creation and maintenance of clause libraries and templates.
- Conduct business acceptance testing (BAT) and user testing.
- Deliver stakeholder demos and gather feedback.
- Support end-user training and provide ongoing user support.
- Drive continuous improvement for Conga CLM processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and project meetings.
- Assist with data migration, quality, and integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with CLM.
- Proven track record in contract lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in clause library management.
- Proven track record in template design.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for Conga CLM solutions
- Design, configure, and optimize Conga CLM workflows, templates, and metadata frameworks, leveraging advanced X-Author for Word capabilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for CLM configuration and development
- Lead the creation and maintenance of clause libraries, contract templates, and metadata fields (e.g., Category, Sub-Category)
- Conduct business acceptance testing (BAT), coordinate user testing, document results, and facilitate issue resolution
- Deliver stakeholder demos to showcase implemented CLM solutions and gather feedback
- Support end-user training, develop training materials, and provide ongoing user support
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Conga CLM and related processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies and project meetings, providing regular updates on progress
- Assist with data migration, data quality initiatives, and integration efforts
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CLM; advanced use of X-Author for Word is a plus but not required
- Proven track record in contract lifecycle management, clause library management, and template design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects
- Amenable to work night shift schedule (US Eastern Time).
