Job Description

KIABI is looking for an Internal Auditor to join its growing and international team. The role involves actively participating in the development of the Internal Audit function, challenging, analyzing, and securing processes to support the Group's transformation. Key responsibilities include conducting audit missions, producing quality reports with operational recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring follow-up of action plans, and contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools. Good To Have:
  • Experience in retail
  • A third language (Spanish, Chinese, etc.)
Must Have:
  • Conduct audit missions (develop work programs, analyze processes, systems, data, identify risks, conduct interviews)
  • Produce quality reporting (write clear reports, present conclusions to stakeholders and General Management)
  • Ensure follow-up of action plans (support teams in implementing recommendations, challenge their relevance and effectiveness)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (update methodology, tools, and referentials, monitor regulatory changes and best practices)
  • Master's degree in Audit, Finance, Business School or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal or external audit
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies (financial, operational, IT)
  • Knowledge of internal control (COSO framework)
  • Data analysis skills

Job Description

Reporting to the Internal Audit Leader, you will actively participate in the development of KIABI's Internal Audit function, in a context of strong growth and internationalization. Your role: to challenge, analyze, and secure our processes to support the Group's transformation.

To do this, here are your main responsibilities:

1. Conduct audit missions:

  • Develop work programs and audit tests.
  • Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct interviews with operational and functional teams.

2. Produce quality reporting:

  • Write clear and impactful reports, with operational recommendations.
  • Present your conclusions to stakeholders and General Management.

3. Ensure follow-up of action plans:

  • Support teams in implementing recommendations.
  • Challenge their relevance and effectiveness.

4. Contribute to continuous improvement:

  • Update methodology, tools, and referentials.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in the sector.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Audit, Finance, Business School or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in internal or external audit, ideally in an international environment. Experience in retail is a plus.

Languages: Fluent English is essential.

A third language (Spanish, Chinese, etc.) would be an asset.

Skills: audit methodologies (financial, operational, IT), internal control (COSO framework), data analysis.

Soft skills: rigor, analytical mind, autonomy, excellent relational qualities, adaptability, team spirit.

Additional Information

Travel: Frequent travel is expected in France and internationally (approximately 20-30% of the time), to meet our teams on the ground.
