The role is a key position within the finance team, responsible for Sumo’s internal and external reporting and including preparation and presentation of information for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board. You will be responsible for commercial analysis, technical projects, and will act as a business partner providing insight and adding value. Reporting into the Financial Controller and with a dotted line to the Tax and Financial Reporting manager, the role will involve extensive cross functional collaboration across the finance team and wider business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders as well as the reporting skills and attention to detail.
Sumo is a dynamic, growing business with multiple Finance Managers and as such the specific requirements of our Finance Managers may change as the needs of the business changes. We also regularly assess the skills, experience and development needs of our Finance Managers and may look to adjust or rotate the Finance Managers’ responsibilities from time to time to reflect these.
