Job Description

This Financial Planning Analyst role focuses on CAPEX forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis of Workplace expenses and headcount. Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting monthly financial results, performing variance analysis, and cost modeling. The role also involves reporting on operational KPIs and supporting Group FP&A with annual budgets. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role, possessing strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills, along with proficiency in English and good communication abilities. Good To Have:
  • Oracle knowledge (i.e. SmartView, PBCS, Oracle BI, Hyperion) for financial analysis/forecasting activities
  • CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certification
Must Have:

Qualifications

Essential

Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role:

  • FP&A or Financial/Reporting Analyst/Controlling

  • Proficient in English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills and good conflict management
