Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for prolongation. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies, source candidates via online channels, and work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends. Ensuring a positive candidate experience and understanding team needs are also key responsibilities.
Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple roles and priorities across different countries
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
  • Colaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
  • ⁠Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
  • ⁠Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
  • ⁠Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
  • ⁠Understand current and future needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • ⁠5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
  • ⁠Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
  • ⁠⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • ⁠Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities across different countries.
  • ⁠Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
