Job Summary
The Fleet Lead is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of Monster Jam trucks and equipment on tour. This role ensures all equipment and technicians are ready for Monster Jam events and appearances, providing regular reports to management. The Fleet Lead collaborates with the Operations Tour Manager, Logistics Specialist, Performance Shop Foreman, and Fleet Operations Manager. Essential functions include organizing fleet staff and equipment, meeting operational needs for high-quality events, observing safety requirements for technicians, and handling event reporting. The position also involves collecting and disseminating information about tour events, PR, accommodations, and transportation to technicians, while maintaining high production and performance quality. Other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor are also part of the responsibilities.

Job Description
Essential Functions
- Ensure all fleet staff and equipment are organized and prepared for Monster Jam events.
- Work with Operations staff to ensure all needs and requests are met to produce high-quality events.
- Observe safety requirements put forth for fleet technicians on tour.
- Responsible for event reporting to the Fleet management staff.
- Collects and disseminates information about tour events PR, accommodations, and transportation to technicians on tour.
- Work closely with the Performance Shop Foreman and Fleet Ops Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistently high level of production and performance quality.
- All other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Personal characteristics: team player, organized/detail-oriented, task-oriented, quick learner, self-starter, critical thinking, multi-tasking.
- Extensive knowledge of department processes. Typically requires 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- Experience working with large groups/events.
- Demonstrates skills in mechanics and repair.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must possess a Valid driver’s license and Passport.
- The ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and the ability to solve practical problems and interpret diverse instructions in various forms.
- Able and willing to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically 75% of the time.
