Job Description

At Focus Entertainment Publishing, we aim to offer unique experiences to players worldwide. Our editorial line stands out with innovative concepts, alternative gameplays, and original universes that transcend video game boundaries. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the privileged point of contact for distributors regarding marketing plans related to the physical distribution of our games, both in France and internationally. You will collaborate closely with the Business, Brand, and Advertising departments, playing a key role in implementing retail campaigns and promoting our catalog at points of sale.
Must have:
  • Manage daily relationships with distributor partners.
  • Coordinate the sending of marketing assets and physical listings (SKU & pricing).
  • Study and validate distributor marketing plans in line with the brand strategy.
  • Coordinate retail campaigns with the Advertising teams.
  • Monitor partner marketing budgets and their invoicing.
  • Participate in reflection on the continuous improvement of Trade Marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (DTP)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools or workflows

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the privileged point of contact for distributors regarding marketing plans related to the physical distribution of our games, both in France and internationally.

You will collaborate closely with the Business, Brand, and Advertising departments, and play a key role in implementing retail campaigns and promoting our catalog at points of sale.

Your missions:

  • Manage daily relationships with distributor partners.
  • Coordinate the sending of marketing assets and physical listings (SKU & pricing).
  • Study and validate distributor marketing plans in line with the brand strategy.
  • Coordinate retail campaigns with the Advertising teams.
  • Monitor partner marketing budgets and their invoicing.
  • Participate in discussions on the continuous improvement of Trade Marketing tools.

Occasionally

  • Represent Focus at trade shows or meetings with partners.
  • Present games and their communication strategy to international distributors.
  • Participate in targeted media campaigns.
  • Contribute to the design and production of merchandising products.

Job Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Excellent organization, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Good understanding of marketing (brand, trade, advertising) and business challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (frequent international exchanges).
  • Good knowledge of the video game market.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.

Appreciated skills

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (DTP).
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools or workflows.

  • Position: 1-year fixed-term contract to be filled by September 2025
  • Location: Paris 19, Metro 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks)
  • Remote work: 2 days per week
  • Participation agreement
