Reporting to General Management and in close collaboration with the IT Department, the legal department, the studio management, and the executive teams of the group's various entities.
To support our growth and strengthen our data-driven vision, we are recruiting our future Knowledge & Analytics Director.
You will play a strategic role in structuring, valuing, and governing data.
You will lead an expert team around four pillars:
1. Data governance & insight – Governance, architecture, compliance, BI, player/market analysis, inter-team coordination.
2. Live Revenue Management – Optimization of live revenues by combining analytics, knowledge of game mechanics, and user experience.
3. Competitive intelligence & market analysis – Large-scale analyses to keep Pullup at the forefront of the industry.
4. Consumer studies – Design and management of studies (CRM, panels, internal studies).
- Data strategy and governance
- Define and lead the strategy for data collection, processing, and valorization.
- Harmonize practices (KPIs, standards, definitions) and ensure quality, security, and compliance (GDPR).
- Monitor data innovations and regulations.
- Valuation and insight
- Integrate data into business processes via a unified and automated BI ecosystem.
- Structure a 360° expertise hub (business, in-game, market research, live revenue).
- Produce strategic studies for top management.
- Data roadmap & R&D
- Gather and prioritize business needs.
- Lead applied R&D projects (AI, machine learning, statistics).
- Transform prototypes into high-impact operational tools.
Job Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in data & analytics team management.
- Proven experience in video games or a data-intensive sector.
- Skills in cloud data engineering, BI, Python, SQL, CI/CD.
- Mastery of machine learning, advanced statistics, data analysis.
- Solid understanding of legal issues (GDPR).
- Experience in consumer and competitive studies.
