Job Description
Hollywood Gardens, a new dining establishment at Walt Disney Studios, seeks a Food Service Employee. Responsibilities include providing warm welcomes and high-quality service, taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, maintaining workspaces, and adhering to hygiene/food safety standards (HACCP). The role requires familiarity with eco-friendly practices (AGEC law) and involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Teamwork and communication skills are vital, along with flexibility to work early mornings or late nights, weekdays and weekends. Intermediate French (B2) and beginner English (A2) are needed.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Provide a warm welcome and high-quality service to all our guests.
- Show your versatility by handling tasks such as taking orders, cash handling, preparing food items, organizing workspaces, cooking, and more.
- Educate visitors on eco-friendly practices, such as sorting trays and using reusable tableware (AGEC law).
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
What We're Looking for in You:
- You’re comfortable working in high-volume environments and can maintain a fast-paced rhythm.
- You have prior experience in quick-service restaurants, allowing you to manage versatility and speed effectively.
- You enjoy teamwork and can communicate well in an international setting.
- You’re flexible: available to work early mornings (from 6:00 AM) or late nights (until 2:00 AM), on weekdays and weekends.
- You have an intermediate level of French (B2) and at least a beginner level of English (A2).
